Welcome to the Class 4-8 page! Here you can find news about our class events, as well as updates about our learning.
Hello! My name is Ms. Pamela, and this will be my fourth year at EMS, and my second year teaching in Year 4. I was born and raised in Canada, and have developed a passion for travel. Prior to moving to Qatar, I taught in the UK, Australia and Canada. I was trained as a teacher in Canada, and since graduating, I have taken a number of additional qualification courses through various Canadian universities to better meet the needs of my students. I look forward to getting to know my new students throughout this school year!
This week is our EMS International Week. On Wednesday, students will participate in rotations to visit different classrooms and learn about different countries. On Thursday, students are invited to dress in the colours of their flags and bring in food from their countries to share with the class.
Library lessons will be held each Sunday morning. Your child can have a look at the website from home to see all of the books available to them.
End of Day:
Please remember that Year 4 students are to be collected from the Primary Cafeteria at the end of the school day. It is important that parents do not enter the classroom without an appointment, as this is disruptive to lessons and to students' routines. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
